How to make a particularly tasty potato salad at home?

Take 3 medium-sized potatoes and peel them. Rinse the peeled potatoes under hot water and place them on a chopping board. Cut the potatoes into quarters.

Place the potato quarters in a pot. Add enough water to the pot to slightly cover the potatoes. It is important not to add too much water so that the potatoes are not very wet when cooked.

Place the pot with the potatoes on a medium hot plate and cook for about 15 minutes until the potatoes are fully cooked and soft (but not overcooked). Also, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt to the pot before boiling the potatoes.

Take two eggs, put them in a small saucepan for cooking. Pour water over the eggs so that the water completely covers the eggs. Place the pot with the eggs on a medium hot plate. Cook the eggs hard for about 12 minutes.

Take two to three medium-sized celery stalks. First rinse the celery stalks under hot water, then rinse under cold water and place on a chopping board. Cut the celery stalks into small slices. Place the celery stalks in a salad bowl.

Take 5 small radishes. Wash the radishes well under hot water and rinse them under cold water.

Take a pinch of dill. Wash the dill, place it on a food chopping board and finely chop it. Place the chopped dill in a salad bowl.

The potatoes and eggs will probably be cooked by then. Remove the cooked potatoes from the pot, put them on a separate plate and finely chop them. Place the sliced potatoes in a salad bowl.

Remove the boiled eggs from the pot, peel and finely chop them. Add the chopped eggs to the salad bowl.

Add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise to the salad bowl and stir.

How long to boil potatoes for potato salad recipe?
