Take one avocado that is well ripened. Wash the avocado well. Cut the avocado in half. Cut off the ends of the avocado. Cut the avocado into quarters. Peel the avocado. Cut the avocado into medium-sized cubes and place the avocado pieces in a salad bowl.

Take one medium tomato. Cut the tomato into medium sized cubes and add the tomato cubes to the salad bowl.
