How to make zucchini pasta at home?
Take a medium sized pot. Fill 1/3 of the pot with water and place the pot on a medium-hot stovetop.
Add 1 teaspoon of salt and 2 tablespoons of olive oil to a pot of water. Mix the salt and oil well with the water in a pot.
When the water in the pot boils, add 2 handfuls of spaghetti pasta to the pot. Two handfuls of pasta are used for two servings of a meal for adults. So if you want to make more servings just add a handful of pasta per person. Also, don't forget the extra water in the pot.
Spread the pasta evenly in the pot, but do not break it in half. The pasta will soften by itself when it boils a little and immerses itself in water.
While the pasta is cooking, take a medium-sized white onion, peel it and place it on a cutting board.
Cut the onion into small cubes.
Also take three cloves of garlic. Peel the garlic cloves and place them on a cutting board. Cut the garlic into small pieces.
Take a medium-sized frying pan and place it on a medium-hot hob.
Add two tablespoons of olive oil to the pan.
When the oil in the pan is hot, add the chopped onions and garlic. Fry the onions and garlic for a few minutes until they soften slightly and turn a light yellow color.
While the onions and garlic are cooking, take a small zucchini. Cut off the ends of the zucchini, and don't forget to wash the zucchini well under hot water and then rinse under cold water.
Place the zucchini on a cutting board and cut into small slices. Add the sliced zucchini to the pan with the onions and garlic.

Remove the pan from the hob and place it on a heatproof surface.
Before serving, sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan cheese on top of the pasta.
