How to make creamy mushroom and cheese pasta at home?
Take a medium sized pot. Fill the pot with water so that the water covers a third of the pot. We use this much water to cook two portions of mushroom and cheese pasta. If you want to make more portions, add more water.
Place the pot of water on a medium-hot stovetop.
Add one teaspoon of salt to the pot and stir it into the water.
Meanwhile, while the water in the pot boils, take a medium-sized white onion. Peel, wash and cut the onion in half. Place half of the white onion on a cutting board and cut into small cubes.
Also take six cloves of garlic. Peel the cloves of garlic and place them on a cutting board. Finely chop the garlic into small pieces.
Take a medium-sized frying pan and place it on a medium-hot hob. Add three tablespoons of olive oil to the pan.
When the olive oil is hot, add the chopped onions and garlic to the pan.
Meanwhile, the water in the pot will have already boiled. So add the pasta to the pot. For two servings (for adults), we use three handfuls of pasta.
Cook the pasta as much as indicated on the pasta package, according to the manufacturer's recommendations. We boil the pasta for about 14 minutes until it becomes soft, but not too watery. Mix the pasta with water and let it boil. Stir the pasta constantly in the water to prevent it from sticking together.
In the meantime, while the pasta is boiling, onions and garlic are being fried. Take 10 medium-sized mushrooms. Wash the mushrooms well under hot water, then rinse under cold water.
Place the mushrooms on a cutting board and cut them in half.
When the onions and garlic have softened, add the mushrooms to the pan.
Sprinkle some salt and freshly ground black pepper over the mushrooms in the pan. Mix everything well.

Add 1 cup of cream to the pan and mix well with the mushrooms and other ingredients.
Leave the mushrooms to stew in the pan.
Meanwhile, while the mushrooms are stewing and the pasta is cooking, take a handful of dill, wash the dill and place it on a cutting board. Finely chop the dill and set aside. We will use dill later.
Meanwhile, the pasta should be cooked. Check if the pasta is soft enough by removing one pasta and tasting it. If the pasta is mushy enough, drain the water from the pot.
Add the pasta to the pan with the mushrooms and cream.

Add the chopped dill to the pan and cover the pan with a lid.
Leave the pasta to stew with mushrooms, cream and other ingredients on low heat for 2-3 minutes.
When the pasta has cooked slightly in the pan, remove the lid and remove the pan from the stove.
Place the pan on a heatproof surface.
Take a handful of parmesan cheese (or other hard cheese) and grate it over the pasta. Use a fine grater for grating.

You can taste and enjoy!

What can I add to plain pasta for flavor?
To make your pasta tastier, you can season it with various spices or oil. Of the spices, salt is the most suitable. If you want a spicier pasta, choose red or chili pepper. Meanwhile, if you want to flavor the pasta with oil, olive oil is best for that. Olive oil is traditionally used as a seasoning for pasta served in all Italian restaurants. Olive oil can also be mixed with various spices, such as chili peppers.
How do you make pasta taste like a restaurant?
If you want to make pasta like they make in Italian restaurants, first of all you have to buy only the highest quality pasta in food production. Generally, good quality pasta is 2x 3x more expensive than cheap pasta. Also, when making pasta, always keep some stock for the sauce. When you eat the pasta, it should not be dry, but slightly moist. So if you eat pasta without sauce, use broth, it will give the pasta a better taste. Don't forget salt and olive oil.
What can I put on pasta when I have no sauce?
When you don't have a sauce, it's best to season the pasta with salt and olive oil. Also, keep some of the broth in the pot where you cooked the pasta. Drizzle it over the pasta before serving. This way the pasta is not too dry and tastier.
What is the secret to good pasta?
In order to prepare a really tasty pasta, it is enough to know a few rules. First - keep the decoction in the pot, which you use to prepare the pasta sauce. Second - use only the highest quality pasta. Third, put a little pure olive oil on the pasta. Fourth - when cooking pasta, add not only salt to the pot, but also a little olive oil to make the pasta more slippery and not stick.
Why do chefs put oil in pasta water?
When chefs make pasta, they don't always add oil, but if they do, the reason is to prevent the pasta from sticking together. When the water you cook the pasta in has some fat in it, the pasta becomes more slippery and less likely to stick together. However, the most important thing is to buy a quality pasta, then it will be really tasty, whether you add olive oil or not.
