How to make pasta in creamy garlic sauce at home?

Take six cloves of garlic and place them on a cutting board. Peel the garlic cloves.

Take a small container. Squeeze all the cloves of garlic into the jar.

Set the jar of crushed garlic aside. We will use them later.

Take a medium coarse food grater.

Take a small piece of parmesan cheese. If you don't have parmesan, you can choose another hard cheese.

Grate the cheese on a grater. Grate about half a handful of cheese.

Set the grated cheese aside, we will use it later.

Meanwhile, take a medium sized saucepan. Fill the pot with water so that the water covers 1/3 of the pot.

Place the pot of water on a medium-hot stovetop.

Add two teaspoons of salt to a pot of water.

When the water boils in the pot, add the pasta. You will need 3 handfuls of pasta to make 2 servings. If you want to make more servings, just add an extra handful of pasta to each serving. Increase the amounts of the other ingredients accordingly if you are making more than 2 servings.

While the pasta is boiling in the pot, take a medium-sized pan and place it on a medium-hot stovetop.

Put 1.5 tablespoons of butter in a heated pan. Wait for the butter to melt in the pan.

Once the butter has melted in the pan, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the pan. Mix the oil with the butter in a pan.

Add the crushed garlic to the pan.

Mix the garlic with butter and oil and fry in a pan on medium heat for a few minutes. Cook until the garlic is soft, but do not overcook the garlic. The garlic should not brown (when garlic is overcooked, it gives the dish bitterness, which we don't want).

While the garlic is cooking in the pan, take the stock cube and dissolve it in a glass filled with hot water. Use 1/3 cup of water.

Pour the broth dissolved in hot water into the pan in which the garlic is fried.

Allow the broth to simmer a bit with the garlic in the pan.

Then pour half a glass of cream into the pan. Mix everything well in a pan and sauté for 2 minutes on medium heat.

Take two large handfuls of spinach leaves. Wash the spinach well under hot water, then rinse with cold water.

Add the washed garlic to the pan with the garlic, stock and cream. Mix everything well and let the spinach stew in the pan for about 5 minutes on medium heat.

Meanwhile, while the spinach is simmering in the pan, the pasta will be cooked.

Pour the pasta out of the pot and drain.

Add the pasta to the pan.

Mix the pasta with the sauce. Let the pasta simmer in the sauce for about 3-4 minutes on medium heat.

When the pasta has dried out in the pan with the sauce, add half a jar of previously grated Parmesan cheese. Mix the cheese with the pasta.

Remove the pan from the stove. Place the pasta on a plate.

Sprinkle a little more grated Parmesan cheese and some parsley on the pasta, or if you don't have parsley, sprinkle any other herbs.
