Take a medium sized pan. Place the pan on a medium-hot stovetop. Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the pan. Wait until the butter melts.

Take the outside of a slice of bread and place it in a pan with butter.

Pour the beaten eggs with milk over the bananas, in the center of the bread slice. Pour so that the egg and milk mass covers the bananas.

Sprinkle the toast with cinnamon and remove from the pan.
